Welcome to Baby Zen Birth Services,

Your one stop for Doula and Baby-care services!

   Every birth should be zen for you and your baby.  Birth is a natural, blessed event. It is not always necessary to treat birthing mothers as if they are medically fragile or the baby is in danger. My job is to make sure you are well informed about the options available to you.To the best of my ability, I will offer you as much physical and emotional support as you need.

      For those of you who choose adoption, for whatever the reason, I can offer you support as well.  Choosing the path of adoption, either as an adopter or mother lovingly placing her child is a very difficult decision which requires much care and understanding. It's reassurnig to know that there is a non-biased person in your corner to give you a shoulder to lean on.

I work with a wonderful assistant. If there is a major emergency and I am for some reason unable to attend your birth, she will be there to aid you. You'll get a chance to meet her prior to your birth.

I serve the Inland Empire in sunny Southern California. I have been professionally trained by well known organizations such as Childbirth International and DONA. Worried about costs? Don't be! Please contact me before you rule out my services because of financial restraints.

** A little about me **

 I, like many of my Doula Sisters, am an aspiring midwife. I have been pursuing this dream for several years. I have two beautiful, rambunctious boys. One of which has Down Syndrome. I feel that birth is a natural process and should be treated as such. After all, woman have been birthing traditionally since the dawn of time.  I believe all birth is natural. However, I also understand that a traditional birth (no medical interventions) isn't always desired or possible.

**Please view the 'My Availability' section. I will only take 2 births monthly in order to better serve my clients, and lesson the risk of simultaneous labors. However, there are time when clients cancel so please still feel free to email my with inquiries**

 A Zen birth is what you make it. Please don't feel defeated or less of a woman for choosing an epidural or finding yourself  in a situation where a Caesarean Birth may be necessary. It's still your birth.  You still love your baby.It's still your Zen.
